We are StorageVault Canada Inc., doing business as RecordXpress and RecordXpress, a division of StorageVault Canada Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Canada at 100 Canadian Rd, Scarborough, Ontario M1R 4Z5.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. If negotiation or mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
