Authorized User Formis used by clients to authorize their employee access to records stored at RecordXpress. Clients can define different access levels with this form.
Courier Registration Form is used by clients who have their own couriers and drivers to pick up orders from a RecordXpress facility. It’s optional but we recommend our clients to fill it in for security purposes.
Order Form is used to place an order from RecordXpress for record retrieval and pickup. Records can be delivered to the client by a RecordXpress courier, via fax, email, or consulted by clients online.
Transmittal Form is used for initial pickups or sending new boxes to RecordXpress. The form contains descriptive information of boxes/files as well as the number of boxes/files to be delivered.
