Forms

  • Authorized User Form is used by clients to authorize their employees the access to their records stored at RecordXpress. Client can define different access levels on this form.
  • Courier Registration Form is used by clients who have their own couriers and drivers to pick up their orders from RecordXpress facility. It’s optional but we recommend our clients to fill it in for security purpose.
  • Order Form is used to place an order from RecordXpress for records retrieval and pickup. Records can be delivered to the client by RecordXpress courier, via fax or email, or consulted by clients online.
  • Transmittal Form is used for initial pickups or sending new boxes to RecordXpress. The Form contains descriptive information of boxes/files as well as the number of boxes/files to be delivered to us.
